Your business is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Your business is at Your business, UK.
Your business has not published an email address. Contact them by phone.
LocalMotor runs this website for the garage and handles requests on its behalf. LocalMotor is a trading name of Local Works Labs Ltd (company no. 17527661), which is the processor. Its own privacy notice is at https://pr-70.preview.localmotor.co.uk/privacy.
If you send a booking request, Your business receives your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle registration if you give one, what the car needs, and the days you prefer.
Visits to this website are counted as a total. The count does not identify you. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to follow you on other websites.
The garage uses a request so it can answer you and arrange the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and the garage’s legitimate interest in running its business.
A request is kept while the garage keeps its account with LocalMotor, and then deleted. Visit counts are totals only. The garage may keep its own records of work it has done for you.
Your request is shared with Your business and with LocalMotor, which stores it and sends the messages for the garage.
LocalMotor uses suppliers to host the website and send email. They are listed at https://pr-70.preview.localmotor.co.uk/subprocessors. Personal data is not sold.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how it is used, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Your business has not published an email address. Contact them by phone, or email tom@localmotor.co.uk and the request will be passed to the garage.
